The Langvlei Dunes Home & Property Owners' Association, represents the legal owners of the smallholdings at Langvlei Dunes, Portion 192 of Kleinkrantz farm. Membership is voluntary, but is encouraged, in order to address concerns and involve the community in decision making with regard to common projects.  The Association encourages all owners to abide by the regulations pertaining to our smallholdings.

 

Some examples of common areas of interest could be:

 

-  common access road

-  fire safety

-  adherence to regulations and protection of fauna & flora

-  threats to the ambience and natural beauty of the area

-  security

The Association does not, however, impose on owners, nor act on behalf of owners in private matters, as it is not a policing body.  Owners should refer those matters to the regulatory bodies.
